The Greek Oven is a European style Bistro-restaurant serving authentic Greek food of the finest quality right in the heart of Haiku. During evenings experience an elegant dinner featuring a special menu in a charming ambiance, while during the day have a casual lunch with plenty delicious options like our amazing lamb GYROS pita and the famous Moussaka.
In the morning we serve excellent espresso based coffees, organic breakfast and the traditional baklava, spanakopita and Bougatsa. All made from scratch. Our menus also offer a large variety of Gluten Free and Vegan options that will delight you.
Owner Adonis, a proud Greek, will make sure that you enjoy a unique experience while his Brazilian wife Santuzza, a trained Chef in Italy and New York, with her team will take care of all the details behind the scenes to ensure an unforgettable meal. They will make sure you will feel like you are the only guest in the house.
We take great pride in offering unique dishes made from authentic Greek recipes using the best ingredients, no compromise. We use only fine olive oil, Kalamata olives, honey and other goods imported from Greece.
We strive to nourish our Maui community with delicacies utilizing authentic Greek inspired recipes produced using the best organic and locally sourced* ingredients.
We believe in quality, health and family. That’s why we prepare and bake all our products on site. Our state of the art baking facility hand crafts delicacies like bread (including gluten free versions), delicious pies, biscuits, cookies, jams and cooked food for you to share with your friends and family.
We believe healthy is delicious! We happily provide vegan and vegetarian items. We will answer questions about our ingredients, so you can have peace of mind.
We don’t just want our food to taste good, it should also be good for you, so we bake, steam, or grill everything; nothing is fried. We also have raw goodies!
Here at The Greek Oven we take pride in the ingredients. We strongly believe that the secret to making good, healthy food, starts with the basics. That is why we source our produce from local organic producers and use ORGANIC ingredients whenever we can find them. We also use only imported pure Greek olive oil in all our cooking and dressings, only organic cow milk and butter (no margarine), only local grass-fed beef for our Moussaka and meat sauces and the finest aromatic Greek honey for our Baklava. All our pastries are hand made from scratch in our new facilities as are all our Gluten Free breads, buns, pesto’s, tapenades, pastries, muffins etc
